SRX24770184: RNA-seq of homo Sapiens: left atrial cardiomyocytes
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 56.5M spots, 16.2G bases, 5.6Gb downloads

Design: Human left atrial tissue samples were obtained from the standard atriotomy incision for mitral valve surgery. Cardiomyocyte were isolated after enzymatic digestion. RNA was extracted from isolated cardiomyocytes using the Qiagen AllPrep Micro Kit. Ribosomal RNA was depleted using the Illumina Ribo-Zero rRNA Removal Kit. Following library prep, libraries underwent Illumina NovaSeq S2 2 x 150 bp (paired end) sequencing.
